An industry veteran, Venessa brings a comprehensive background in incentive travel and corporate meetings as a sourcing manager, hotel sales manager, business development director and award- winning sales leader over her accomplished career. 

Venessa began her career as a travel buyer with Carlson Marketing Group. During her career she has worked for Navigant Performance Group and American Express Meetings & Events, has managed small and large corporate events, product launches, large car shows, incentive travel and special events, including the Olympics, Super Bowls, and other many other unique and specialized meetings and incentive travel events. Venessa has worked with a variety of industries to bring the most innovative, cost effective, and dynamic meetings and events to fruition through her leadership.
